Art. 7.º Las excusas de los miembros de los Jurados electorales y de votación de que trata esta Ley, se presentarán ante la Corporación que hizo el nombramiento y se decidirán por ésta. En caso de hallarse en receso hará las veces de ella para este efecto, la primera autoridad política de la Provincia.
