El Superintendente hará por duplicado una lista completa de todas las reclamaciones debidamente presentadas, y especificará en ella el nombre del reclamante, la naturaleza del reclamo y el monto de éste. Dentro de Treinta días después de la última fecha fijada en el aviso dado a los acreedores para la presentación de las pruebas, el Superintendente archivará un ejemplar de la lista en su oficina y dispondrá que se protocolice otro en la Notaria del Circuito donde esté situada al oficina principal del establecimiento bancario.
