Art. 336 . Los documentos que acrediten obligaciones personales que se hayan cumplido en su totalidad por razón del juicio se desglosaran cuando quien los presento este coligado a devolvernos o se entregaran a los deudores si estos lo solicitaren.

Si no se ha cubierto valor del documento que se ha ordenado devolver, el juez, en el auto que se decrete el desglose hará mención de la cantidad que se haya satisfecho.
