Identificación de Zonas. La Instancia Interinstitucional de Desminado Humanitario identificará las zonas del territorio nacional susceptibles de ser objeto de desminado humanitario y su viabilidad bajo los siguientes criterios: seguridad; contaminación con minas antipersonal de acuerdo a la información recopilada por el Programa Presidencial para la Acción Integral contra Minas Antipersonal; la información del Sistema de Alertas Tempranas de la Defensoría del Pueblo y la información suministrada por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares.
