Juicio Justo. Después que la Organización Nacional Antidopaje, formule cargos por la comisión de una infracción de las normas antidopaje, el disciplinado, tendrá derecho a una audiencia justa, imparcial, y dentro de un plazo razonable, tal como lo establece el Código Mundial Antidopaje y el Estándar Internacional de Gestión de Resultados, ante el Tribunal Disciplinario Antidopaje.
