La condición exigida por el Código Penal de reparar efectivamente los perjuicios ocasionados por la infracción para conceder la condena o la libertad condicionales, sólo podrá imponerse cuando se haya fijado la cuantía de la indemnización y el perjudicado hubiere aceptado dicha fijación.

Igual norma se aplicará cuando se conceda el perdón judicial.
