º. Durante 2005, los contingentes preferenciales a que se refiere el artículo anterior se aplicarán hasta el 31 de diciembre de dicho año. A partir de 2006 y en los años subsiguientes, se aplicarán desde el 1º de enero de cada año y estarán vigentes por el año calendario.
