ARTICULO 2.3.1.72.- PRESCRIPCION DE LAS ACCIONES PARA EL COBRO DE INTERESES Y CAPITAL. Las acciones para el cobro de los intereses y del capital de los bonos prescribirán en cuatro (4) años contados desde la fecha de su exigibilidad. Esta prescripción no correrá respecto de los bonos favorecidos en sorteo, cuando no se hubiere hecho la publicación ordenada en el artículo 2.3.1.53 del presente Estatuto.
