º . La denominación y nomenclatura a que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, corresponden a las del Sistema General de que trata el Decreto 1042 de 1978 y normas que lo modifican y adicionan, y los grados de empleo a la escala salarial del nivel directivo del Decreto 42 de 1994.

Parágrafo

Mientras el Consejo Directivo del SENA modifica la planta de personal, continuará vigente el empleo de Director General del Grupo Ocupacional Directivo de que tratan los Decretos 114 de 1988 y 119 de 1991.
