El presente decreto reglamenta la adquisición de productos de origen o destinación agropecuaria por cuenta de entidades estatales a través de bolsas de productos agropecuarios y agroindustriales legalmente constituidas, en desarrollo de la causal de contratación directa establecida por el literal k) del artículo 24 de la Ley 80 de 1993.
