Los servicios médicos legales a nivel nacional, departamental y municipal se prestarán con arreglo a las normas que en sus aspectos científicos y técnicos determine el ministerio de justicia. En consecuencia, el ministerio coordinará y, en lo posible, integrará sus servicios médicos legales con los de la misma naturaleza que presten otras autoridades.
