Objeto. La presente ley tiene por objeto establecer medidas que permitan unificar la imagen de las entidades estatales a través de la implementación del Manual de Identidad Visual, prohibiendo las marcas de gobierno con el fin de impedir que se pierda la identidad institucional, además de establecer medidas que permitan la austeridad en la publicidad estatal.
