La pensión de los cadetes no efectivos, satisface únicamente los gastos que demanda su alimentación, servicios de peluquería y lavado; reciben gratis enseñanza secundaria, instrucción naval militar, equipo, vestuario, libros, servicios médicos y dentales, drogas, etc. La Escuela suministra la misma clase de servicios tanto a los cadetes efectivos como a los pensionados.
