Articulo 37. Todo producto que no lleve en la etiqueta el número de la licencia correspondiente, será decomisado y el responsable sancionado con una multa de veinticinco a cincuenta pesos ($25 a $50). Si se comprobare que el producto estaba licenciado con anterioridad al decomiso, se levantará éste, previa consignación de la multa impuesta y el cumplimiento de los respectivos requisitos.
