Exoneración de nuevo nombramiento . Los empleados docentes y administrativos vinculados a los diferentes cargos nacionales y nacionalizados, que se descentralizan, no requerirán de nuevo nombramiento, pero a partir del perfeccionamiento de la entrega de las plantas de personal, tal como se dispone en el artículo 24 del presente Decreto, quedará bajo la administración del respectivo Alcalde, Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario y el Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá.
