º. Por el tiempo que dure la ausencia del Presidente de la República, en razón del viaje a que se refieren los considerandos del presente decreto, deléganse en el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, doctor Juan Camilo Restrepo Salazar, las funciones constitucionales correspondientes a los siguientes asuntos

Artículos 129; 189, con excepción de lo previsto en los numerales 1º y 2º, 304 y 314.

Artículo 150, ordinal 10, en cuanto se refiere al ejercicio de las facultades extraordinarias concedidas al Presidente de la República.

Artículos 163, 165 y 166.

Artículos 200 y 201.

Artículos 213, 214 y 215.
