º . Ambito de aplicación. Las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto se aplicarán al servicio público de transporte de pasajeros y mixto, en todos los modos de transporte, de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos en las Leyes 105 de 1993, 336 de 1996 y 361 de 1997, en concordancia con las Leyes 762 y 769 de 2002. En cuanto hace a la infraestructura de transporte, la presente normatividad será aplicable sólo a los municipios de Categoría Especial y a los de Primera y Segunda Categoría.
