Mecanismo de extinción de obligaciones. El Administrador del Frisco podrá promover ante las entidades territoriales, la DIAN y otros acreedores, mecanismos de extinción de obligaciones por concepto de impuestos, valorización, inversiones, mejoras u otras obligaciones que pesan sobre los bienes objeto de venta.
