DEFENSA EMPLEADOS PÚBLICOS . Los asesores Jurídicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, podrán cuando así lo autorice el Ministerio de Defensa, El Secretario General, el Comandante de las Fuerzas Militares, Los Comandantes de Fuerza o el Director General de la Policía Nacional, según el caso, representar judicialmente a los empleados públicos de dichas entidades sindicados por delitos relacionados con el servicio.
