° Para el solo efecto del nombramiento de los Jueces, la división territorial judicial del país, establecida en los Decretos 1356 y 1701 de 1964 empezará a producir efectos el 1° de abril de 1965. Sin embargo, los Tribunales y Juzgados existentes en la actualidad tendrán la misma jurisdicción y competencia que les asignan las disposiciones vigentes, hasta el 30 de junio de 1965.
