Artículo único. Podrá omitirse el dia del mes en la fecha de las certificaciones que hagan los cónsules, de facturas y otros documentos de embarque, pero en el consulado se dejara constancia de la fecha exacta en que se efectué tal certificación, de modo que posteriormente sea posible determinar esa fecha sin lugar a dudas. quedan así reformados el ordinal 4º. del articulo 412 y el articulo 415 del código de aduanas (ley 79 de 1931).
