Cuando en un determinado Círculo haya tres o más Notarías, no podrá crearse para cada periodo, un desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 123 precedente, un número que exceda el cincuenta por ciento de las existentes. En los sucesivos periodos se procederá de igual manera hasta completar el número total que deba crearse de acuerdo con el artículo citado.
