El gobierno nacional dispondrá el formato del encabezamiento de las escrituras públicas, a fin de que en el aparezcan uniforme e invariablemente los datos esenciales del acto o contrato respectivo. Igualmente podrá ordenar que los funcionarios judiciales y administrativos comuniquen los actos y providencias, objeto de registro, en un formato adecuado para la inscripción y procesamiento rápidos y eficientes de los datos esenciales respectivos.
