Aprópiase la cantidad de ciento veinte mil pesos ($ 120,000) para los gastos que demanden los artículos anteriores, y el sobrante como auxilio extraordinario para la Universidad, con destino al fomento de las varias Facultades de la misma, a juicio de su Concejo Directivo.

Parágrafo

En la Ley de Apropiaciones para la próxima vigencia se incluirá la cantidad expresada, y si no se incluyere, el Gobierno abrirá oportunamente el crédito correspondiente.
