El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará la destinación que todas las entidades favorecidas por este Decreto deban dar a las participaciones que les correspondan en la renta de salinas, terrestres o marítimas, y podrá disponer que hasta el 5% de dichas participaciones se invierta en obras sociales de las respectivas Parroquias.
