Una vez terminada la recolección a que se refiere el Artículo 2 de este Decreto, el Oficial de Personal colocará a cada carta, en el lugar señalado habitualmente para las estampillas, el sello del Comando de la unidad correspondiente y enviará la correspondencia con oficio remisorio a la Oficina de Administración Postal local.
