Declárese igualmente legales los gastos hechos por la Administración Principal de Salinas de Cundinamarca para pagar el General Tomás García los servicios prestados como Visitador Fiscal de las Salinas Terrestres, desde el día 16 de enero de 1915 hasta el día 19 de septiembre de 1916. En consecuencia, la Corte de Cuentas absolverá el Administrador de las Salinas mencionadas de los cargos que le ha hecho a causa del pago de los sueldos y viáticos reconocidos a favor del General García durante el espacio de tiempo anotado.
