Mientras se adelantan los trámites de selección previstos en la Ley 80 de 1993, para celebrar los contratos de encargo fiduciario de que trata el Decreto 530 de 1994, el Ministerio de Salud podrá efectuar directamente los giros correspondientes a las entidades que hayan sido reconocidas como beneficiarias, por el Consejo Administrador del Fondo Nacional del Pasivo Prestacional del Sector Salud, previa firma del contrato de que tratan los artículos 19 y 20 del Decreto reglamentario 530 de 1994, sin la respectiva celebración del contrato de encargo fiduciario.
