El artículo 93 del Decreto 2148 de 1983, quedará así: "Cuando se trate de proveer una vacante en el caso señalado en el literal a) del artículo 85 de este Decreto, los notarios incorporados a la carrera podrán solicitar a la autoridad nominadora, el traslado a una notaría de diferente círculo y de la misma categoría que se encuentre vacante, dentro de la misma circunscripción político-administrativa. Sobre la solicitud decidirá el nominador teniendo en cuenta la hoja de servicios del peticionario. En igual forma procederá si las solicitudes fueren varias".
