Si la Corte considera que el proyecto es parcialmente inconstitucional, así lo indicará a la Cámara en que tuvo origen para que, oído el ministro del ramo, rehaga e integre las disposiciones afectadas en términos concordantes con el dictamen de la Corte. Una vez cumplido este trámite, remitirá a la Corte el proyecto para fallo definitivo.
