Reconocimiento Económico Por Incapacidad Temporal De Origen Laboral Y Accidente De Trabajo

Reconocimiento económico por incapacidad temporal de origen laboral y accidente de trabajo. Cuando un educador activo sufra un accidente de trabajo o presente una enfermedad de origen laboral, tendrá derecho a un reconocimiento económico por parte del Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio hasta por ciento ochenta (180) días.

El reconocimiento económico durante toda la incapacidad será del 100% del salario que esté devengando el educador en el momento de generarse la incapacidad.
