El perito que reciba el contenedor dejará constancia del estado en que se encuentra y procederá a las investigaciones y análisis del elemento material probatorio y evidencia física, a la mayor brevedad posible, de modo que su informe pericial pueda ser oportunamente remitido al fiscal correspondiente.
