º . Quienes aspiren a ser representantes de los empleados de carrera en la Comisión de Personal deberán acreditar los siguientes requisitos

Ser empleado de carrera administrativa del DAPRE, y

No haber sido sancionado disciplinariamente durante el año inmediatamente anterior a la fecha de la solicitud de inscripción de la candidatura. CAPITULO II Procedimiento para la elección de los representantes de los empleados de carrera en la Comisión de Personal
