º . Objetivo de las operaciones . Las operaciones de reporto o repo y las operaciones simultáneas son operaciones financieras cuyo objetivo será determinado por cada institución, siempre que el régimen legal aplicable a las partes intervinientes en dichas operaciones no disponga lo contrario. En todo caso, estas operaciones no podrán tener un plazo superior a un (1) año.
