Articulo 138 . La Corporación con el objeto de que el Registrador de Instrumentos Públicos pueda registrar escritura pública, partición y adjudicaciones en juicio de sucesión o divisorios, diligencia de remate u otras providencias judiciales, sobre el inmueble afectado por el gravamen, cancelara el registro de la contribución por haber sido pagada totalmente o autorizada la anotación de la escritura o actos a que se refiere este artículo, por estar a paz y salvo en cuanto a las cuotas periódicas exigibles.
