º Cuando el Veterinario de la Estación Sanitaria tenga conocimiento de la llegada de animales de importación al puerto o frontera, se trasladará al barco o sitio de arribo y después de ver el certificado de sanidad examinará el estado de salud de aquéllos, y si lo encuentra satisfactorio le pondrá al certificado el visto bueno , sin el cual las autoridades de la Aduana respectiva no permitirán que animal alguno se interne en el país.
