Art. 3.° Para los efectos del artículo 7.° de la Convencion y del 4.° del Reglamento anexo; y teniendo en cuenta que en el sistema nacional de monedas, la unidad es el peso de cinco centavos, el Poder Ejecutivo propondrá al Gobierno suizo, para el régimen de las tarifas de porte en las estafetas colombianas, las siguiente equivalencias:

0,25 centésimos de franco igual á 5 centavos de peso colombiano.

0,10 centésimos de franco igual á 2 centavos de peso colombiano.

0,05 centésimos de franco igual á 1 centavo de peso oolombiano.
