ZONAS DE INGRESO RESTRINGIDO Y DE MERCADEO CONTROLADO O INTERVENIDO. Prohíbese el ingreso de café en grano de cualquier clase desde otras zonas al Departamento de la Guajira y a las Intendencias de Arauca y Casanare. La Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia podrá reglamentar el mercadeo del café en grano que se produzca en dichas regiones e intervenir en él. Igualmente continuará coordinando, con la Dirección General de Aduanas, lo relativo a mercadeo interno del café procesado, quedando en vigencia, mientras no sean modificadas las reglamentaciones que se hubieren producido sobre la materia.
