º . El subsidio podrá cobrarse desde el mes en el cual nazca el hijo, hasta el mes en que llegue a la mayoría de edad. Pero a partir de los doce (12) años sólo causarán subsidio los menores que estudien en un establecimiento docente oficialmente aprobado.
