Reconocimiento de derechos adquiridos . El presente decreto ley se armonizará con las normas legales especiales que en el marco del artículo 56 transitorio constitucional hayan sido expedidas por el Gobierno nacional para reconocer, en el respeto de la autonomía y autodeterminación de los pueblos, sistemas indígenas de salud propias e interculturales ya regulados.
