Art. 7. ° Establécese tambien en el local de la Quinta de aclimatacion el "Instituto nacional de Agricultura superior," a cargo del Profesor, del Subdirector espresados, i de los catedráticos que deben rejentar las clases de la enseñanza. Estos catedráticos se irán llamando cada año, según los cursos que se vayan poniendo en ejercicio.
