Suscripción de convenios. Para efectos de la declaración y pago del impuesto de que trata el presente decreto, los departamentos suscribirán convenios con entidades financieras, con cobertura nacional, vigiladas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, e informarán a los sujetos responsables acerca de la suscripción de los mismos, en los términos previstos en el Estatuto Tributario.

Los convenios de que trata el presente artículo deberán entrar en vigencia a más tardar el 31 de mayo de 1999.
