º. Los ordinales e) y f) del artículo 2 del Decreto 678, incorporados por los artículos 19 y 10 del Decreto 359 de 1973, quedarán así: e) Otorgar préstamos para reparación, renovación o subdivisión de unidades de vivienda, ya existentes. f) Financiar obras de urbanización.

Parágrafo

, Cuando el costo de la vivienda cuya construcción se va a financiar sea menor de 4.000 UPAC, los préstamos de las Corporaciones para obras de urbanización se acreditarán como cumplimiento de la disposición contemplada en el artículo 1º del Decreto 1757 de 1972.
