º. La Dirección y Administración del Fondo estarán a cargo de un Consejo Directivo y de un director Ejecutivo, quien será su representante legal, nombrado por el Consejo Directivo. Corresponde al Director Ejecutivo del Fondo cumplir las decisiones que adopte el Consejo Directivo del mismo.
