Él Ministerio de la Igualdad y Equidad tendrá como sede y domicilio la ciudad de Bogotá, D.C., ejercerá sus funciones a nivel nacional y contará con Direcciones departamentales a través de las cuales se adaptarán e implementarán las políticas del Sector en el territorio nacional, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la presente Ley.
