Los programas de capacitación de que trata el artículo 57 del Decreto 1556 del 4 de agosto de 1998, no podrán ser exigidos por las autoridades competentes hasta tanto el Ministerio de Transporte no expida la respectiva reglamentación. Para la renovación de los permisos escolares se exigirá el cumplimiento de los demás requisitos establecidos en el citado decreto.
