ARTICULO 111 . Para los demás cargos, conocerá en primera instancia el superior inmediato y en segunda instancia, el superior de éste. Se exceptúa de lo anterior, los casos en que se deba aplicar la sanción de destitución, la cual debe ser impuesta por la Autoridad Nominadora.
