Nuevas Operaciones Autorizadas A Los Establecimientos Bancarios

amends decreto 663/93

Modifícase el literal e) y adiciónese un nuevo literal al artículo 7° del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, así:

Otorgar crédito, incluidos préstamos para realizar operaciones dirigidas a adquirir el control de otras sociedades o asociaciones, sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el literal c) del artículo 10 del presente estatuto.

Realizar operaciones de leasing y arrendamiento sin opción de compra.

Parágrafo

Autorízase a los establecimientos bancarios para manejar las cuentas de ahorro programado obligatorio previstas en el literal b) del numeral 4 del artículo 40 de la Ley 1151 de 2007 .
