El Gobierno se reserva el derecho de comprar las obras materia de la concesión. En este caso queda autorizado para reconocer al concesionario las sumas no amortizadas y una indemnización adicional que se establecerá en el contrato, teniendo en cuenta los distintos plazos en que pueda verificarse la compra.
