Los arrendatarios de locales no podrán depositar en los mismos mercancías cuya naturaleza pudiera aumentar la prima de seguros de los edificios, o de otras mercancías depositadas en lugares próximos. Podrán apartarse los inquilinos de esta regla, siempre que la Gerencia de la autorización correspondiente y el interesado pague todas las diferencias de las primas de seguro que pudieran ser afectadas.
